1. MEDITATE 20 MINUTES DAILY

Leave a yoga mat near meditation spot

Leave a blanket/sweater near yoga mat

2. MORNING STRETCHES

20 arm rolls forwards, backwards, big and small

20 jumping jacks

20 dancing stretches: flapbacks, side lunge, forward lunge

Arm stretches: touch behind, upwards elbow

3. WALK MOMO M/W/F/SU

Walk either to the park or 1.5 mile loop

4. JOGGING T/TH/SA

Tuesday: Speed run

Thursday: Take it slow & easy

Saturday: Speed run
